Miley Cyrus is featured on the cover of the March issue of "Marie Claire" magazine. Amid all the controversy and gossip about tattoos and the famous "Bong" video, the 18 year old looks like a million dollars in a gorgeous razorback Roberto Cavalli gown. When questioned about the video, Miley apologized by saying, "I'm not perfect...I made a mistake...I'm disappointed in myself for disappointing my fans. When the interviewer mentioned that there were plenty of teenagers out there puffing more serious fumes, Miley responded, "But they're not Miley Cyrus...They're not role models. So for me it was a bad decision, because of my fans and because of what I stand for." In the interview, Miley also talked about two of her upcoming movies, "So Undercover" and "LOL".
