Miley Cyrus To Release "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" Cover As Single

Miley Cyrus is due to release the single, "Every Rose Has Its Thorn", later on this year. The release of the single was delayed after tabloid reports surfaced that Poison lead singer, Brett Michaels was having an affair with Miley's mother, Tish Cyrus. This allegation was vehemently denied by both. Brett Michaels confirmed to E! Online that the single will likely come out later this year, now that the rumors have subsided. "The record label was supposed have to this huge humongous release of 'Every Rose,'" said Michaels. "It was going to be Miley's next-step song, but because of that, they stepped back". Michaels went on to say that despite the initial setback,  he is sure that the song will be a tremendous success for Miley. "I think this is the song that will cross her over. If it happens, it's going to be a big hit".

Miley Cyrus Blinded By Paparazzi Camera Lights

Reports that Miley Cyrus stumbled outside of Hollywood's Chateau Marmont, that's located in an L.A. area hot-spot, after a night of partying are totally unfounded. Sources told MTV News that Miley actually met with producer Dr. Luke at the hotel, where they discussed writing music for other artists. Luke and Miley worked together on her hit, "Party in the U.S.A". According to these sources, the young star was understandably blinded by the lights of the paparazzi, and was not stumbling or drunk. Miley has expressed her displeasure with the paparazzi on many occasions and recently had a run in with a paparazzi cameraman that actually bumped her mother, Tish Cyrus, with his camera as they were leaving a restaurant after a luncheon last week. Miley has been quoted as saying, "I know there are some people that maybe like that attention, but I'm not one of them. I really just want to be able to go on walks and enjoy where I live... The paparazzi really frustrate me, and it makes me really upset that I'm being followed around by men that I don't know, and for anyone else, it would be considered stalking. I don't know who those guys are. I don't know if they're good guys or bad guys. I don't necessarily care... I don't want anyone following me". I happen to agree with Miley and feel that everyone, even celebrities, have a right to some privacy!
