Miley Cyrus Wins Kid's Choice Award

Miley Cyrus was honored with Nickelodeon's Kid's Choice Award for Best Actress for her performance in, "The Last Song". The Kids' Choice Awards annually draws some of Hollywood's biggest stars of music, movies and TV shows who are promoting upcoming films, TV shows or music to young fans. Known for sliming the honorees, Miley somehow avoided getting the green goo on her when she received her silver blimp award and told the crowd, “Thank you for not sliming me". Miley was radiant and smiling during most of the ceremony, proving that she seems to be putting the negative publicity she received earlier in the year behind her. 

Miley Cyrus And Liam Together Again?

Miley Cyrus has the rumor mills rumbling again as she declares that she is NOT "single". She is busy getting ready to head out on her international Global Heart tour next month and in an effort to gain publicity for the tour's stop in Australia this summer, Miley conducted an interview with Australia's, Kyle And Jackie O, radio show. Miley talked about her love of Aussie men, but insisted she won't be on the lookout for a new lover when she starts her shows, sparking gossip she is back together with her former beau, Liam Hemsworth. The two met and started dating after co-starring in the touchingly romantic film, "The Last Song", but eventually went their separate ways late last year. When asked, the young star said, "I don't want to cross out the Australian boys but I may or may not be single ... I love Australian boys though obviously. Liam and I are very close, I'm not going to comment too much, but ... I'm definitely not coming to Australia single". The jury is still not out on this one and we will all be anxiously watching to see if these rumors pan out!

Miley Cyrus Thoughts On Perfection

Miley Cyrus admitted to Australia's Daily Telegraph newspaper, that she does not aspire to be perfect. The young star said, "I mess up - there you go! But if you live your life trying to be perfect, you don't really live your life ever, because you don't really make any mistakes and at the end of your life you won't be very smart or wise". What she really wants is to be known for her music. Miley went on to add that she would rather have people bash her for singing poorly, rather than say that she lip synced, which is something she says she would never do. "I want to show people who I really am, more than just what they see on TV. It's all about the music".

Miley, who has been named as the worst celebrity influence for the past two consecutive years, has had a string of successes since the famous, "Bong," video of her smoking salvia surfaced and seems to be concentrating on what is important in her life....her family and her music.

Miley Cyrus Out With Family At Local Coffee Bean

Miley Cyrus and her family were spotted outside a local Coffee Bean in Toluca Lake, California on Sunday. March 27, 2011. The Cyrus clan that included Miley, her father Billy Ray, her mother Tish and her little sister Noah, left the shop chatting happily with drinks in hand. This is the first time that Miley and Billy Ray have been together publicly since the uproar over his interview with GQ magazine mid February. Earlier this month, he announced that he was calling off his divorce from Tish, who then herself proclaimed the family, "stronger than we have ever been". It's good to see the family reunited and enjoying each other's company after what has been a tumultuous start of this new year.
